The property is loaded with amenities including sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools & hot tubs, and more. Our 53-acre ranch is surrounded by nature’s beauty, which includes wildlife that may warrant caution. Any countryside stay like ours requires good sense and some basic wildlife knowledge. If needed, more information is available upon booking. We regularly treat and maintain our buildings to minimize intrusion of bugs and other pests. However, when you're in the TX countryside pests are not 100% preventable. We cannot offer refunds due to bugs or other pests.
