We had 3 families total and never felt crowded. The house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! I feel like we never saw the kiddos because they were either in the game room or the private little pond🙂. We had everything we needed for cooking and had most meals outside. The animal tour was fun for the kids and we went home with a little treat of some duck eggs. The house is very near to one of our favorite mountain bike locations, which will definitely bring us back!! The ranch man was very responsive and helpful😊I would highly recommend this place.

Had such a great long weekend with our little family out at Bob's place. The property was exactly as described and extremely private, about equa-distant from both La Grange and Giddings. This is exactly what we were looking for, a quiet nature retreat away from it all. There were no restaurants or stores nearby, but for us, that was the appeal. My son and I fished in the pond behind the ranch house, as well as the big pond, and caught a few fish even in the cold weather. We enjoyed the gym, the game room, and the fire pit as well. Can't say enough positive things about this house, and so thankful we got the chance to enjoy it.

We had a great time at Bob’s place, the house is very comfortable for large groups, with a perfect combination of peaceful nature, and nice amenities at the house.
Bob’s staff is very friendly and responsive, we were welcomed by Andy, the ranch manager, who gave us clear instructions and was always available to help us during our stay. The property includes nice details which makes the stay even more pleasant.
Short summary, I would highly recommend this place!!!

This was a perfect place to rest after a few long work days in the area doing a design job. Beautiful surroundings, loved watching the livestock and hearing and seeing the wildlife. We really loved how private and peaceful it was and would definitely stay again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Peaceful Waters checks every box for comfort, cleanliness, amenities and customer service. We were there for a family reunion but the facility is ideal for any kind of gathering. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, kitchen has every cooking implement imaginable, pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, the outdoor space was well-kept and allowed for three generations to congregate in a variety of areas. Finally, Andy, the on-site manager and guest support, was extremely responsive, polite and thoughtful in his interactions. Our family was asking to return within the first 24 hours of being there. Peaceful Waters reflects its name and allows guests to enjoy their experience. Thank you for creating this special place.

Peaceful Waters is ideal for a large family gathering or reunion. First, there are more bedrooms than a vacation home rental can match: 11 or 12 depending if you count the game room at the Ranch House. The facilities include every amenity and appointment you can think of for a stay - EV / RV hookups, sports equipment, serving/catering equipment for large groups. And everything is well-maintained and sparkling clean to boot.
The staff embody hospitality. Robert, the sales manager, was responsive and anticipated a lot of our needs, sending me resources like a room assignment tool and an online property guidebook before I even knew I wanted them. Andy, the ranch manager, bent over backward to make the swimming pool available for us even though the pool deck had suffered prior damage and was being repaired.
Our entire family loved our time at Peaceful Waters. I recommend them highly with no reservations.

Peaceful Waters was exactly as described! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had every amenity we could need. The location truly lives up to its name—quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. A perfect spot to unwind and recharge!

Wow! First i must say! ANDY is the freaking BEST! We love Andy! We had a group of 24 attendees & every single person cried when it was time to leave. The animals, the water, the space was literally AMAZING! We WILL be back! This space is spiritual & magical. I am still in awe! Thank you so much for creating this space for us to heal

Our stay was wonderful – the accommodation was very clean, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed for two nights and would have loved to extend our stay. Both the Ranch Manager and the Rental & Operations Manager we were in contact with were incredibly kind and professional. For us, it was a clear 5/5 experience – we’d love to come back!

This is our second time at Bobs and our family loves it! Bob, Andy and the team are responsive, helpful and welcoming hosts. The location is serene and beautiful - with lots of activities to enjoy. We highly recommend!
