Peaceful Waters was exactly as described! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had every amenity we could need. The location truly lives up to its name—quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. A perfect spot to unwind and recharge!

Wow! First i must say! ANDY is the freaking BEST! We love Andy! We had a group of 24 attendees & every single person cried when it was time to leave. The animals, the water, the space was literally AMAZING! We WILL be back! This space is spiritual & magical. I am still in awe! Thank you so much for creating this space for us to heal

Our stay was wonderful – the accommodation was very clean, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed for two nights and would have loved to extend our stay. Both the Ranch Manager and the Rental & Operations Manager we were in contact with were incredibly kind and professional. For us, it was a clear 5/5 experience – we’d love to come back!

This is our second time at Bobs and our family loves it! Bob, Andy and the team are responsive, helpful and welcoming hosts. The location is serene and beautiful - with lots of activities to enjoy. We highly recommend!

Bob’s place was amazing! It was the perfect place to have a family reunion. All the amenities on the property kept us busy enough for our stay- Thursday afternoon to Sunday. There was something for everyone here and I can honestly say that everyone left happy. That’s saying a lot when you have a group varying in ages from 3-70+.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this stay. The house was great, very spacious and lots to do around the property. The kids loved the pool and the animals. There were lots of areas to fish and to walk around the property and it was secluded which made it very peaceful. Bob was very responsive and accommodating. The ranch coordinator (Andy) was very helpful as well. If we needed something, he made sure we got it. It was the perfect vacation spot for our group. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Our long weekend at Peaceful Waters was a great one. The kids enjoyed the fishing and the pool and the adults enjoyed the gym and the amenities. Everything was clean and easy to navigate. Even though it was a rainy weekend, we still had a wonderful time. Would definitely come again to visit!

We had an incredible long weekend at Peaceful Waters! There was so much to do on the property, from the pool and fire pit, to the game room, to the pond and walking trail and more. The house was clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The farm tour was a highlight! My family and I would love to return.

We had great time. This place was the best way to get away from the hustle of big city life. With all of the amazing amenities ( pool, hot tub, game room, and fully equipped gym with sauna) and serene location, we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be coming back!

We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at this ranch, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property was something special. The grounds are expansive, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a large group — we had over 20 people and never once felt cramped.
The main house itself is spacious, clean, and full of character. Every room was thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds, quality linens, and plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for a big group, and the indoor and outdoor dining areas made it easy to gather everyone together.
The pool. Absolutely stunning — crystal clear and the perfect place to spend the afternoons. Between swimming, grilling, and watching the sunset with a cold drink in hand, it felt like our own private resort.
The host was equally fantastic — responsive, friendly, and committed to making sure we had everything we needed.
